These lists help you reorder on time and spot money tied up in slow stock.
Low Stock
Inventory > Stock > Low Stock lists products at or below their Re-order Level. Use it to plan purchase orders.
Max Stock
Max Stock lists products above their Max Stock Level, which means you are over-buying.
Unused Stock
Unused Stock lists products that haven't sold for a long time. Consider a promotion or a return to the supplier.
Deactivated Stock
Deactivated Stock lists products hidden from sales. Reactivate them from there if you start selling them again.
Tips
- These lists only work when Re-order Level and Max Stock Level are set on each product.
- Stock Overview and Inventory Reports > Stock Valuation show the value of what you hold.
