Company profile, branding and print templates

Make every invoice, receipt and e-bill look like your business.

Company profile

Update your business name, address, phone numbers and tax registration number in Company Settings > Organization > Company Profile.

Branding

In Company Settings > Organization > Branding, upload your logo and choose your brand colour.

Print templates

In Company Settings > Organization > Print Templates, choose the layout for invoices and receipts (for example A4 or thermal 80mm), and the footer text such as your return policy.

Tips

• Print a test invoice after every change.
• A square logo with a transparent background looks best on thermal receipts.
