Visiro Cloud is split into modules such as Sales & POS, Inventory, Finance and Payroll. Each module has its own dashboard and menu.
Switching between modules
- Click the grid icon (the app switcher) at the top of the screen.
- Choose the module you want to work in. Only modules included in your package, and allowed for your role, are listed.
- The left sidebar changes to show that module's menu.
The sidebar
Menus are grouped by task. Click a heading such as Invoice or Stock to open its pages. On a phone, tap the menu button at the top left to open the sidebar.
Quick menu
Pin the pages you use every day to the quick menu at the top of the screen, so you can reach them from any module in one click. Choose Manage… in the quick menu to add, remove or reorder shortcuts.
Tips
- If a menu item you expect is missing, your role probably doesn't have permission for it. Ask your company admin to check Company Settings > Permissions.
- If a whole module is missing from the app switcher, it isn't included in your package. Contact us to add it.
